Baracon has grown from a Melbourne-based property business into a diversified company with a strong record across development, project management, construction, sales and marketing, and property investment services. Over more than two decades, we have delivered projects that range from inner-city residential towers and heritage redevelopments to hotels, student accommodation and mixed-use destinations.

Our integrated approach has enabled us to add value at every stage of the project lifecycle — from acquisition and feasibility through to delivery, activation and long-term asset performance.

Baracon is established

Baracon begins with a vision to deliver integrated property outcomes through experience, professionalism and long-term industry relationships.
