Superintendent

In developing any project a key role is the person who administers the building contract, with vast experience in all facets of project delivery Baracon is well placed to provide the service of Superintendent on any project. The assessment and determination of variation claims, extension of time claims, interpretation of the contract and programme are critical functions to be managed.

Professional liaison between the builder and the client in an unbiased fair manner is critical to maintaining positive relationships that lead to a win win outcome on project delivery.
